Appointment details you share when booking, such as the reason for your visit, preferred times, date of birth, and insurance carrier.
Communication records, such as call summaries and text message history, used to provide the service.

To respond when you call or text us.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages (for example, appointment confirmations and reminders), we will send them only to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
